Who handles your data
UAB Reservolt ("Reservolt"). Contact: info@reservolt.com.
What we process and why
- Account data: e-mail, name, language, login times. To create your account and provide the service.
- Inverter cloud credentials (Deye or SolisCloud API keys), encrypted with AES-256. We don't keep your Deye password, only the SHA-256 hash that Deye's API asks for.
- Plant data: battery level, solar output, household use and grid exchange every 5 minutes, and the inverter schedule. Needed to plan the schedule and work out savings.
- Settings you enter: system parameters, tariff plan, ESO net-metering method and balance, system cost, approximate location (rounded to ~5 km) for the solar forecast.
Legal basis: performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). We don't sell data or use it for advertising.
Who receives data
- Hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH (EU data centres).
- E-mail delivery: an EU e-mail provider (e.g. Brevo).
- Deye or Solis clouds, only to read your plant's data and write the schedule on your instruction.
- Open-Meteo, only rounded coordinates for the weather forecast, no personal data.
How long we keep it
- 5-minute readings for 60 days, the event log for 120 days.
- Daily summaries and settings while you have an account.
- Deleting your account deletes all its data, credentials included, immediately. Backups roll over within 30 days.
